Cauliflower Steak

(Serves about 2)

 

Ingredients : Cauliflower, Salt, Pepper, Vegetable oil

 

It’s best to pick nice and heavy organic cauliflower.

 

Cut cauliflower into half and slice about half inch thick.

 

Brush generous amount of oil for crispy texture and sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste. I use middle pieces only so the steak stays in one piece. All left overs can be steamed, baked, or riced to cook later.

 

Place cauliflower onto hot grill.
Grill them until they have golden brown grill marks on both sides.

 

Garnish with chimichurri sauce or any of your favorite sauce, or you can enjoy them as they are.
