Ingredients: 1cup white short grain rice (soaked at least 30 mins, best 2hrs), 4 cup beef stock (water is ok if you don’t have it on hand), 4 cup water, 1 cup grounded beef, 1 cup chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup chopped carrot, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 3 tbsp mushroom powder (or 1/2 chopped mushroom, I used shiitake mushroom but any mushroom is fine ) , 1 tbsp canola oil, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sea salt
Garnish: fresh chopped Italian parsley, fresh grounded black pepper, sesame oil
